Frode Jakhelln Laugen is an educated cand. Polit. with a major subject in psychology from NTNU where specialization was in personality psychology (2005). In the main subject, the personality test NEO PI-R was standardized for use in the web version.  Frode is Managing Director and founder of Survey AI and Effect IO AS. He also manages Effect IO´s technical development (that includes Standardized 360 ° – evaluations, internal communications, and HR measurements. His strength lies in optimizing the relationship between psychometrics and web technology, which has resulted in a number of successful products we offer through this website. Ha has been involved in developing and running test, evaluations and survey solutions.  His passion is web technology, design, and solutions that deliver clear business value to our customers.
